I encourage my gifted students to challenge themselves, and not just do the minimum requirements. I love when they get “hooked on learning” and continue to strive for higher levels even when it’s not required!

Embracing by the spirit of learning from the children is the one of my prestigious moment become an educator. The ambience of their spirit always able to rise me up to move on. I learn a new thing every single time I face the children. Their smile when they “get something new” bring the joys and happiness for sure. I’ve been working in another field before, and for sure, I only can get those prestigious moments when I started being an educator.
What I like most about being an educator is seeing students grow academically, emotionally, socially and setting a positive example for their peers based on our experiences together.

The question of what I love most about teaching is timely. Some days connecting with the students, encouraging them to use their gifts and talents for the greater good and to embrace a growth mindset is uplifting and inspiring. Other days it is very challenging trying to teach and reach those students who truly need us the most. I do love teaching on both days. I know and understand that to be a teacher is not just to touch a life momentarily, but to make an impression that lasts a lifetime.
What I love most about being an educator is helping children along their path to achieve their dreams, develop their interests and stimulate a healthy curiosity about the world around them. This is such a rewarding profession, rich in exciting challenges and full of opportunity and hope.
I work for a school-based prevention program and we use a lot of children’s books for social skills/guidance lessons. I love reading to the children and seeing the smiles on their faces when they remember something I taught them. 🙂

The thing that I love most about teaching is EVERYTHING!
I love that I have the opportunity to give children a safe place to learn and grow and that it’s ok if they don’t get something right on the first try. We can try again and try it a different way and maybe that will work. When they achieve their goal their success is celebrated.
What I love about being an educator is that every day brings something new. New challenges, new successes, new technology, new ways of teaching, new students, new ways to solve a problem, new friends… the list goes on and on. And just when you think you’ve seen and done it all, guess what; you haven’t!
The smiles that are shared all day.

I am currently a social work intern, and i have never felt so accomplished by anything than when I am running my groups and i am successful with the students. I enjoy coming to my internship everyday and learning and growing with the students. I love working with my kiddos because I love watching them grow and learn to their full potential.

As an elementary school counselor, I love going in the classrooms to do our Caring School Community lessons to help children reach their fullest potential. At our schools many of the students do not get these lessons at home so our program aims to talk about emotions, behaviors, diversity and so much more! I love seeing the children react to learning something new.
I run a school based program. We have recently grown from providing our prevention program in three schools to five schools and soon to be six. I would love to add these books to our resources at one of our newer schools. Thank you. 🙂
The most exciting thing in my life is knowing when a child grasps a concept that seemed foreign to them at the beginning. It’s those connections that continue to add up over time. To watch a child’s confidence boost and realize their own potential is a beautiful thing.
I love seeing the look on a learner’s face when they figure out one of the activities in my G/T class. I teach creative problem solving to 3-5 grades (to all learners…not just the identified). When a groups completes a task they thought was going to be difficult, the smiles make my day!!

I love the spark of discovery in the children’s eyes!
What I love about being an educator is the daily interaction with children who have minds that absorb information like a sponge. They are so expressive and use such articulate responses to explain their ideas. They teach me everyday and I love learning with them! I also love the lifelong relationships that I have made with the children and their parents. We keep in touch and I have seen many of the kids I have taught grow up and now give back to our community!
I love talking with children because their ideas are so original
I love seeing my students understand a concept and be able to use a process. This is especially gratifying when they are using a concept from a different discussion with a process that we are working on. Seeing it all click and knowing they are internalizing the material and method, as well as putting in their own point of view, is gratifying.
What I love most about being an educator is seeing the growth that my students make. I love seeing their faces when we have practiced adding so much they “get it now”! Books are such an important part of learning and I make reading fun. My favorite part is when they bring books to lunch or are looking for a book that they HAVE to read because it is so exciting!
There are so many things I love about being an educator but perhaps the biggest thing I love is seeing that “spark ignite” in students when they learn something that grabs their interest and passion. That moment makes all the paperwork, meetings, and conferences that clog up the work day worth it!
I love working with children to help them realize their own strengths and potential. I then love to observe them as they grow to meet their full potential: emotionally, socially, and cognitively.
