When I first started, I’d really script my sessions to make sure that I was using my tools to help fix situations. I’m working toward being more of a free spirit…as someone who likes to plan out vacations, I’ve given more control to my children about the route we take (developing map and navigation skills) and encouraging them to investigate and choose activities to do at our destination.
