Today is Thanksgiving Day in the United States, and we here at Free Spirit have headed home to spend time with our families. Like many of you, we will probably eat too much, catch up with relatives, and perhaps watch some football. Each of us has many things to be thankful for, and family is certainly one of those things.

But we are also very mindful of the community of people working with kids, and grateful to be a part of that community. We are thankful for the authors who share their vision, motivation, skill, and insight with us. We are thankful for teachers everywhere, who dedicate themselves to helping each child grow and thrive. And we are thankful for counselors, caregivers, coaches, and everyone who works with kids—each bringing their own gifts forward.

Our thanks to each of you for being a part of this wonderful community supporting kids. May you have a wonderful Thanksgiving Day.
